This place is beautiful, the view of NYC is amazing! ....Went to Waterside this past Friday with 7 more girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. Food was ok, nothing impressive. Drinks good (they don't carry Grey Goose). First off I never write reviews so take this for what it is. The Food was good. The lobster in the seafood dish was very dry. My main issue was the service. When we ordered a bottle of wine the waiter knew very little and when we decided on a bottle they did not have it. We decided on a German bottle of Riesling and they tried to give me a $12 bottle of Relax Riesling. When I called the waiter out he was not apologetic and went back and got the correct bottle. There are not enough words to describe the impeccable and excellent service I had at Waterside . I had my bridal shower at Waterside this past Sunday, Sep 24th. From the moment of booking to the day of the event Miguel was absolutely AMAZING. From helping me unload my car from the night before, to answering my million questions, to serving my guest mimosas and making sure they were satisfied, he was beyond helpful.
