My brother and sister treated me to dinner for my birthday. I was very impressed with service and the atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely let my friends how nice it is and the view of the NYC is very serene. I’m planning my next visit
The place is beautiful also the views of the city... worse UNFRIENDLY 3 BARTENDER'S EVER at the bar by the dance floor. Either they are not interested in doing their job (selling/serving alcohol) or being to long in the service industry field.

Finally had time to leave my review of this place.. I was there this past Saturday..regardless of everyone telling me the service here was terrible..sure enough.. Words cannot begin to express how thankful and pleased we are with the entire staff at Waterside. My cousin had his 40th birthday celebration there yesterday. Excellent venue, Staff friendly, Food great. The only complaint is the women's bathroom on the 3rd floor locked but was not locking from the outside and everyone kept getting walked in on. Please fix the lock. Thank you but again Phenomenal time there. I am still giving you a 5 star rating.
Great location with amazing views! Our waiter Michael was attentive to our group at all times. Food was delicious & drinks very good. Defenitely going back!
