Recommendedi have never found a dentist that made me feel comfortable, until I went to waterside dentist. boy I just love this dentist office really sad over them closing, 😕😡😭 wish the co of the company would change his mind. best dentist ever she was so loyal and a very sweet n kind person and she took her time with you as a patient.
I have never had a good experience at any dentist until I went to Waterside! I went in there with the idea that I needed to pull my bottom teeth all out and be fitted for a denture. Turned out I only needed 3 fillings and a real good cleaning!!! Thank you to the staff at Waterside.

Never enjoyed a dentist visit (2 now) so much. Perm crowns are not in yet, but the people are aces! Just can't say that about any other dentist appointments in the past.
When I came here last year before the new staff took over I wasn't pleased, BUT the new Dr. and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Paulson and his assistant Ashley take their time and make sure you are alright. They understand that people are on budgets and are willing to work with you at your convenience. Scheduling appointments that work the best for your schedule and making sure the appointment and what's being done are in your budget. This place over sells you every time. I'm told that I'm in need of a procedure and that insurance will cover it. Well that's never happens. I always receive a bill saying my insurance didn't cover this procedure. Always make sure your insurance covers what's your doing because this place will lie and tell you it's covered to get your business. This place is here to just take your money. Don't go here go somewhere else.
The guy behind the desk is a complete ass he has no respect . The doctor doesn't know what he's talking about. They have lack of communication they need to be shut down.... I could go into details on what they did but if u have questions feel free to send me a message.. Never go to this place they will screw you over take money from you and lie... they don't know what they are doing
