Not Worthy Medical Facility, incompetent admin front desk associate. When I advise Dr. the staff member failed at scheduling MRI/ Cat Scans doctor noted staff member. The staff member retaliated with unjust delays, and flat denied me my records as requested. Not all in facility have this attitude. However my wallet and insurance money will not cross the entrance door of this so called care center. I attended the facility for almost two months 3 times a week in general. they are only interested in the money. will not do an alignment on the day they do x-rays as they claim insurance won't pay them anything. BTW they demand x-rays. Get a copy of their billing costs, I thought they were astronomical.

Had a great expat Waterside in Panama City Beach. I purchased the orthotic inserts for my shoes and really see a difference. They had a BOGO sale so I got some for my dress shoes and running shoes. Not cheap, but they're better than Dr. School's!!!
My husband and I have been going to waterside and they have the best doctors I've ever had! They listen to you and address the problem and even explained what was going on. I highly recommend them!
I visited today waterside chiropractic and I was very impressed with their very friendly staff and well educated doctors. They explained to me in detail what was going in and where I could understand it. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the great hospitality.
Waterside – Would I recommend? No ! Not unless you enjoy being talked down to or treated like your stupid. If you disagree or simply do not understand and need some time to let the information sink in, they treat you like you have a infection, or are the infection. They do not like being questioned. Get very defensive and righteous. Not for me, I would rather have a Doctor that will work with me.
We are on vacation in PCB, and my back went out, and in extreme need of care. I called on a Sunday, left a detailed message, and they called very early Monday a.m. I was in at 10:00, and met some wonderful people. Dr. Wooten treated me after a very thorough exam. She was a total professional, and spent a long time making sure exactly what was wrong. After the 1st treatment I had some much needed relief. After 5 days I am back to normal, but told to use care, as we will still be on vacation another week on our way home to WI.... read more
