I've lived here for four months and i've hated every second. I've had 3 packages totaling over 300$ stolen from their "mail room " that they've done nothing about. My fiance has had two 200$ packages stolen. Waterside has done nothing. There's literally no code to the room you can waltz right in. The "gated community" they advertise is false. All I can say is that I'm moving after just after 8 months. No security &communication are the main reasons.They never answer the phones 😡 If they do,they are very rude. Then comes the lack of pride that the management seems to take in the area surrounding our homes. The way they charge for water usage has to be the worst & maybe illegal in some cases! I moved in recently and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The staff response to a couple of minor issues was prompt. The residents that I have met so far very friendly. I am looking forward to my new life here.

One morning I woke up at 4 a.m. when someone threw a brick through the sliding glass door in my apartment living room and stole my laptop. When I called the Waterside office, the woman there immediately started quoting me company policy. The Waterside management won't deviate from company policy even for out-of-the-ordinary situations. The most telling example of this is I chose the buyout option to move out of my apartment early and pay a 1000 dollar fee. You have to give 60 day notice before moving out.
