I've always received a prompt reply to questions or suggestions. I appreciate their constant striving to make our relationship as current and seamless as possible. Emails of owner statement and direct deposit of rents makes it so much easier as an out of town owner. I also appreciate the emailed status reports when units became vacant. Thank you!!
