A good place to store all your belongings
I'm sorry to say that my experience is not what it was. Ever since the change of management the new owners of the complex closed the onsite laundromat and have imposed non-optional trash pickup and an internet and very average cable package on the monthly fees. The staff is still very nice and the fitness center and pools are nice to use, but I cannot in good conscience give this complex a full five-star review, anymore. The only reason there's four stars is the staff.
⚠️ Future tenants, be very cautious before signing a lease here. I rented an apartment here for a full year and followed all move-out procedures properly. However, after I moved out, the management charged me over $3000 for a full carpet replacement, claiming there were minor stains — without any prior discussion, negotiation, or evidence that such a replacement was necessary.
