Love living here, the community and office are great. Been here about 2 years and never had any problems, nice quaint little area and can’t beat the location.
Judson Hammond is a personable and reliable neighbor who looks out for me in taking care of any maintenance issues with my apartment.
If you have few options be careful renting here. No one specified that this was an automatic lease renewal and even if you’re at the end of your lease they’d like you to put in a notice 2 months prior or you’re on the hook paying extra month-to-month fees for two more months or paying the rent increase for two months. I wasn’t able to stay the extra months.
