Me and my kids love this place because of a peaceful and safe environment . And when ever we had issue with apartment interior staff it had fixed very fast.
EDIT: After moving out I had a package accidentally delivered here and THEY LOST IT. If a package gets delivered to a vacant apartment that someone just moved out of why would you not call them to make sure they get their package? I also left a forwarding address for a reason. They said they checked my doorstep and the parcels and didnt find it. The maintenance team for this apartment is the best. I moved from Austin to the other city and have to leave this apartment. The maintenance team here is always be professional and address issues really fast. Like the light bulb is out, they addressed it within one day. It takes my current apartment over a month and the issue still not resolved.
Caution moving here. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests due to rats. There have been two caught already yet no holes filled or found to close off the rats from entering. It has now been over a week since I submitted the most recent maintenance request and no one has come to set traps or try to find where they are getting in. Considering my monthly rent is $400 over the current unit listed price, you would hope they take notice to over paying residence.
