Regency allows their employees to trash the neighborhood while building and does absolutely nothing in the form of supervision or clean up. I’ve lived in new construction before and am not bothered by the process but Regency takes it too far with their lack of care for the existing residents. Construction debris litters the roads and blows into residents yards. And we are blessed with the sight of many port a John’s throughout the neighborhood. Summer has hit. My air conditioning is struggling to keep my second floor cool. I look into the attic and there’s no insulation. Don’t make the same mistake I did. There’s things that I shouldn’t need to experience that shows Trey and his team just didn’t think about or didn’t care. Unacceptable.
