RecommendedThe class teachers are great! I think Marsha in Zumba, and Shirley and Heidi in water aerobics are awesome! I love how they push me both on land and in the water. I also very much appreciate a clean workout area, where all the workout machines are at, and a clean locker area. Also, great view outside the windows at the water. I actually rejoined in Nov, because of all these reasons. Oh! And Becky up front at the reception desk....give her a raise! Thanks guys!

RecommendedJust had a wonderful experience at Mcmc dr reason and staff were absolutely spot on and I highly recommend them if you are going to do a hip surgery

RecommendedKaiser Permanente is misdiagnosing people with fibromyalgia to get out of treating their actual medical problems And everyone diagnosed with fibromyalgia at Kaiser Permanente should go somewhere else and be retested Also I believe they were giving me suicide pills to get me to kill myself so they would not have to treat me
