This community is the money pit!! They slap assessment fees left and right because they let the place go for years, now it all needs fixing. The HOA are clicky and show preference to friends and those who do favors. After 5 years and thousands in assessment fees I was able to sell and get the hell out!! My lake front dream turned NIGHTMARE! Had the trashiest neighbor ever and the HOA let him do whatever he wants!! Stay far away from this place!!!
