This place was disgusting and run down. Roaches and rats. NO ONE picks up after their dogs. There’s broken glass and food garbage everywhere. Dumpsters overflowing constantly. The gates are always broken. People have had their cars broken into / packages stolen and the office just says to make a police report. Would give 0 stars if possible. We couldn’t have moved out fast enough.
Do not move here. This would be the worst thing you could do in your whole entire life. This property has no respect for you or your privacy. I had a stalker move there then she went to the front office and asked what unit I lived at. They in returned gave her MY unit number I lived in and moved her right next-door to me as she told them we were friends and that’s not the truth because she does things that I would never put myself in. This place is terrible, no response to emails or phone calls. I’ve lived here a long time and it gets worse every day. Lots of drug users, gangland (there is graffiti to prove it), trash everywhere, dog park smells up the whole complex. The list goes on and on. Avoid if you can.
EDIT: AVOID THIS APARTMENT! I lived here for 2 years, they changed property management on me 4 times since I lived there. Absolute nightmare to deal with. The apartment I lived in had a very low quality paint job and it was falling off the walls while I lived there. Normally this type of thing is also covered under wear and tear, but NOT here. I was charged $250 dollars for PAINT on move-out along with a few other BS charges. I tried to dispute this and my payment was sent to collections. During this process they changed man... read more
