Beware of Move-In Conditions! I moved into my new apartment only to discover six work orders on the day of my move, two of which are emergent. Despite being reassured with phrases like, “But don’t worry, we had new floors installed…” the reality was incredibly disappointing. The bathtub only functions as a shower, and the toilet paper holder is barely hanging on. The kitchen cabinet is literally falling off its hinges.
