I highly upset. Trenton is the most condescending and rude person I have ever had to deal with. He makes things awkward and uncomfortable. He promised me things he can’t follow through with. The office is never opened on time. ( i have sat until almost 9 each day at the front and it’s never open. (People have to work and Trenton doesn’t respond to emails I have proof) It’s frustrating. Jaclynn was amazing. Helped me so much to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Very engaging and understanding. I look forward to living here with such amazing staff.
I honestly loved and miss living here! Loved how I felt safe! People keep go themselves. Friendly neighbors though. I loved how the walls were thick expect the ceiling wall …those were not… Only downside is the residents. I can tell the type of residents were a careless and lack the motivation to keep the place clean. I totally understand this place is a hit or miss depending the building you live in!!!!
