RecommendedBJ was fantastic to work with and made the process easy. I highly recommend this place!
The management is fake up front, if a real issue comes they will do what is best for their business. If you like faulty pipes that flood your apartment, A/C that does not work, car theft, old appliances, mold in the ceiling that they refuse to check, cockroaches (maybe finding 4 or 5 a day) and spiders as well, maintenance who installs dryers that almost burn your apartment down, and absolutely nothing ever taken off your $1600/month rent. If you want to be happy, feel safe then this is not the place for you!
Living here the past 6 months has been one of the best experiences me and my family has ever had. I mean first of all the assistant manager BJ LEVY makes you feel right at home from the moment you meet her! She took us around the neighborhood, which is fabulous! Beautiful lake! Fitness center! From day one the Water's Edge Staff and management team has been terrific it's doesn't feel like an apt. complex. I could live here forever . It feels like a resort. Everyone is so caring and timely and ultra professional !... B J the office manager is the best in taking care of all of the requested needs with sincere concern . A fabulous place to live keep up the good work 😊

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees in the leasing office are a joke. I'm surprised anyone lives there.
