The manager that was on duty tonight, June 26, should be fired immediately. We waited for almost 2 hours and after questioning why were we’re still waiting, things turned bad. The manager screamed and cussed, including dropping f-bombs in front of multiple children, and got inches from a female’s face and insisted we leave the premises. Awful service. Got reservation. Still waited 45 minutes to get sat down. Food never came out after over an hour. (I timed it) we got up and left. Will never know how to food is because I won’t be back.

My wife and I have been working with Emily Dobreniecki, Controller & Private Events Coordinator at Water's Edge for the last few months on an 80th birthday brunch for my Mother-in-law. Emily has been a joy to deal with! Her professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile has impressed my wife and I, and we would heartily recommend she and her team at Water's Edge for anyone needing a venue in the Charleston, SC area to host a private party!

Phenomenal customer service and the food is AMAZING!!! I recently hosted a birthday dinner for my husband, and was unsure of how much space I would need. The management and our waiter Austin jumped right in, and worked it all out! Our friends and family are still talking about how fast all 20 of us were served, and how friendly Austin was!
