RecommendedFood and service were excellent. Magic fish bites were delish! The kids loved watching the dolphins and the fishermen coming in. I love Shem Creek!
The outdoor seating is nice but the service was poor tonight. We’ve been here in the past and loved it but not this time. The portions were much smaller, the pasta was dried on stop which leads me to believe it sat out for a while before being served. The waitress didn’t come to the table more than a few times which was inconvenient because we needed them. Ordered a second drink and never got it. It was just not a great experience tonight. Won’t be back. In addition two of our group mates were sick throughout the night.
unlike previous visits, tonight was terrible. Waiter was one of the worst we've ever had. 3 of the 4 people in our party were told that what we ordered wasnt available, including 1 of us was told 25 minutes after it had been ordered. Drinks took 1/2 hour to come. Twice is the middle of us ordering our server walked away to another table. The customer service from the staff was great. I would recommend the grilled barbecue salmon. There were 20 people in my party. Everyone loved the food!
Wait staff was great, hostess seemed to be bothered and the food was poor quality. My wife had the grouper which wasn’t cooked throughout

This location is not suitable for parties of 10 or more. You will have to calculate your bill. It took our party longer to get the bill together than it did to eat. The service was awful! The server was not friendly. The manager was extremely rude and not helpful!!!! I will never come back.
