Whatever you do don’t see Dr. Waters. He will say awful comments to you. He will tell you that you are fine and it’s in your head. By far the worst experience i ever had. Very rude individual. Thankfully I went to a MD not a DO who figured out my issue was. If you want someone that’s rude and will say mean comments and tell you everything is in your head Dr. Waters is your guy. Great experience with Dr. Waters! Diagnosed my prostate problems after a couple of visits & tests. Knowledge & surgical skills rate a 10! I had a Urolift procedure performed by Dr Waters & recovered quickly with no complications or problems. Anxieties were cut in half. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his staff to anyone needing a Urologist.

I was favorably impressed in my first visit with Dr. waters to discuss and schedule treatment for my BPH problem. He was friendly. He took his time, which he emphasizes with a sign in his office. (This turned out to be a real problem in a subsequent office visit.) He conducted cystoscopy prior to the TUMT procedure we agreed upon. He did not remember me. Dr Waters recently removed a kidney stone from my right kidney, which he was very professional & friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his medical field and easy to talk to. Along with a great bedside manner. Plus, he has ran test to see what he can do to help me eliminate any future kidney stones. I will definitely recommend him and his staff to family, friends, business colleagues & associates.

I had a good experience with the Rezum procedure. My prostrate health has improved greatly. Dr. Waters spends time with you and explains well

Dr. Waters is a true jewel! In this day and age, some doctors try to rush you and brush your concerns off, but not him. It was a very refreshing experience and I actually felt very positive leaving the office. He was genuine, listened to my issues, offered a clear path to figuring out a solution, was funny and truly cared about me as a patient and his staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend his practice.

Have been a patient since 2007. Was having problems so I called to make an appointment. They said it would be 3 weeks. I tried to wait but was sick. I called and canceled. Had to see another doctor. Called back after seeing the other doctor who was a gynecologist. They told me I had pelvic prolapse and it had pulled my bladder down. Wanted to see him . They never even returned my call. Very disappointed. By the way his nurse is very rude and uncaring. Guess I will be seeing a different urologi

Upon exiting, I was to make another appt. The girl says he's in with a patient, I'll ask when he wants you I & I'll call u. This went on four days. I go in for appt 5-1-18. Sit there for 1hr. I ask how long, they don't have ct& E.R. records or my appt. office mg. says I was to go to Fairhope. I told her the ER puts those names on in case u have no Dr. She returns tells me she calledFairhope, they have my papers,so I calledFairhope,they never heard of me. Mgr.lied to my face in full waitingroom
