Initial appointment was very favorable. Waited one hour for a subsequent appointment, then was informed it was going to be another hour. Waiting room was overflowed with patients. Doctor lost his cool during a difficult cystoscopy. I sustained a urinary infection from the cystoscopy.
Outstanding Dr. And staff. From beginning to time you leave...they rock. Very friendly, helpful. Super awesome bedside manner. He is so wonderful. I'm so glad my mom's dr recommend him. She adores him. Very informative in letting you know what to do, helping you when you need it. Super super nice all around. I would definitely highly recommend him to anyone for sure.
There was a short wait but the staff was very professional. Dr. Waters gave me all the time I needed and made me feel comfortable talking about my upcoming surgery. He is one of the most professional doctors I have ever been to . I feel like am in very good hands.
I have seen urologist in 3 different states, but until I moved here and found Dr. Waters I was getting stones. He informed me how to prevent new ones and hopefully shrink the old one. To this day, I still have only one and it did shrink somewhat to where I don't need surgery.He speaks to you at your level and listens to everything you have to say. He is a caring doctor and I thank him for what he does
Dr. Waters was very patient with me. Having prostate issues, I asked many questions. He answered them fully, and truthfully giving me all options for each treatment available. I went away with lots of reading material to make an informed decision. This is the type of Doctor I need, one that won’t rush you or brush you off, instead he listens to and answers all your concerns. My experience with Dr. Waters has been outstanding and professional, I would highly recommend Dr Waters to anyone. Five star treatment.
Dr. Waters performed a series of careful diagnostic tests to determine the cause of my weak and intermittent urine stream, and he discovered that I had a potentially life threatening congenital condition. He performed minimally invasive surgery to remove the tissue that was causing the blockage. Since that procedure my urinary frequency is much reduce, I rarely experience urgency, and I am getting much better sleep. Dr. Watters and his staff are incredible. I’m a medical hypochondriac of the worst sort. I had a cystoscopy preformed recently by Dr. Waters, and can tell you my fears were greatly unfounded! I hardly felt a thing. He is very gentle, informative, and he and his nurse really put my mind to ease. I rate both of them a 100, out of 1-10, 10 being the best!
Bad listener, dismissive, rushed the appointment, didn’t concern himself with considering my past medical history. He checked his phone several times during my visit, performed a painful prostate exam on me where he purposely agitated my prostate to produce fluid in my urine for a test that wasn’t even going to be run on that day’s urine sample, which I didn’t find out until the appt ended.
