I have been a member since they started showing up in the area, started out great but like everything else went right in the crapper. At least once a month but realistically 2-3 times is more than fair to say the FULL (all brushes; top and bottom) were working so that you get a complete wash. Brought this up to attendants onsite and their answer was " you can go thru again". Now why would I go thru again?? Had great expectations for this location, will be cancelling my monthly PYMT.
