I've lived here for a year and a half and I love the how helpful and effective the office staff is. The grounds are clean the dumpster stay empty and my neighbors respect. I love my community ❤️

I’ve been living at Waters at Sunrise almost 3 years now. The staff has been great. They have fun activities here for adults and children monthly. They also have an after school program that’s run buy some awesome ladies!
I highly recommend Waters at Sunrise, very professional staff that shows true concern for their tenants. Apartments are clean and spacious for a great price!
Great place to live. Family friendly activities. I have been here over a year and a half no real complaints then any other multifamily community.

Let me tell yo about waters at sunrise i have only lived here 5 months my mom went into hospice with noone to take care of her and what the maneger did for my family was just this she let me bring my mother here in my apt with only a hospice letter my mother passed away 2 weeks later she was with me and not in a home so if this is the kind of people you want to live near talk to deal with they are the most wonderful people i have met in texas thus far as i am from iowa so to the staff and l thank you from the bottom of my he... read more
So, where to start. I’ve been a resident for the past year; my lease is nearly up, and I’m strongly considering what to do. I can be mostly forgiving of the overflowing trash cans and other garbage that the residents choose to leave scattered about the property. This isn’t entirely the fault of Management.
