Waterproof’s estimator came by to look at a small water leak in roof. He mentioned the 6 year old roof was garbage and should be replaced for $8000-$10,000. Had 3 other roofing companies in Lethbridge stop by and they said it was from the vent seal, $100 later it was fixed. I’d hate to see how many other people they have ripped off.
