This is a win all around! They have a special spout that rotates & opens/closes for sanitary purposes... Reasons I love it... First & most important, Help save the planet by reusing water containers (40¢/1gal, $1.20/3gal, $2/5gal), super affordable, delicious taste, better than ANY water I've ever had & a bonus. They've recently renovated/updated the entire system & now you can get ice too! About $2 for a 16 lb bag, which they also provide.
The ice is good, but be careful if you need a lot and are paying by credit card. I got 12 bags and they charged me for 16.
This entire company across Pinellas county is absolutely terrible to deal with because all of their card readers are constantly down and half of them are out of water stay away from this company.
