Working with Watermarks Kitchener was one of the more pleasant and professional experiences we had during renovating our entire home. Ashley listened to our needs, provided options and shared her expertise. When we had any issues Ashely provided solutions. As customers we felt respected and served. Bravo
In my opinion, woeful customer service - buyer beware. After spending thousands of dollars for the renovation of 2 bathrooms (with the caveat that nothing could be returned if we were unhappy with the finishes/products), we were left out high and dry when a Watermarks-recommended product failed to deliver, "call the manufacturer". In my opinion, clearly this staff is unaware of the functionality of shower bases with respect to shower system flows, and they could use more professional training. Watermarks was a great resource during our kitchen and bathroom renovation. Ashley was knowledgeable and presented us with all options. There’s several showrooms in the GTA and Kitchener, so we were able to see the products before purchasing. We felt comfortable asking lots of questions and if she didn’t have the immediate answer, she promptly replied by email.
