Terrible! Worst car buying experience I've ever had.
I stoped by Watermark Toyota last week just browsing looking for a Corolla lease for my college-age son. I was greeted by a gentleman named Eddie Driver. It was refreshing to deal with somebody who didn't talk out of both sides of their mouth! We closed the deal on a 2016 Corolla and my son was very happy! Big Mike you guys better hang on to this guy! Eddie I give you a 5 in all categories on a scale of 1 to 5, but you wasn't showing your pearly whites on your profile picture! Lol

Had an appointment in service department for 10:00 have been here 2 hours and had to go check on my vehicle because no one came to tell me anything. Check engine light was on because of corroded sensor connection, they were cleaning up the connection to see if the check engine light would go off that was 45 minutes ago. I am not a mechanic but if this was the problem why did I have to waste another 2 hours here when it could have been taken care of the last time I had it looked at for the same problem??! Just Frustrated!!
