RecommendedWhen you are 8 hours from home and your brand new Nissan Frontier engine light comes on, it’s nice to know you can count on Nissan dealers to help. Sons fiance took her 2012 Nissan Sentra to have oil change and transmission service done and a week to week and a half later her lower engine cover fell off going down the highway causing it to split down the middle .Called the dealerships service dept. and was told immediately it was not their fault and would not even offer and kind of help with the issue. I would of thought they would have treated their long time customers better than that. sounds like we will have to find a new Nissan dealer.
We purchased a used Altima from this dealer. We had issues with the key fob, a wiper flying off in the middle of a rain storm, and just found out the brakes need to be replaced and the car needs an alignment. We have owned Nissans for 20 years. We will never buy one from this dealer again! I suggest you go anywhere but here. They don’t have anything to do with you once you leave the lot with it!
I have been there three times for routine maintance. Each time they have been very professional and extremely helpful. Josh in service has always gone above and beyond to make sure you received the up most service. Thank you.
Just bought a brand new 2018 Rouge SL AWD and i love it! Had a great experience at the dealership and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
