We came to Marion for my daughter to take a NCLEX test. We hit a massive pothole outside of Mt Vernon on our way down. It bent the rim and put a bulge in the tire. My Nissan was purchased in Champaign IL, is less than 8 months old and has very few miles on it!! The kindness this dealership showed me had me in tears!!! They went above and beyond to see that we made it back home safely!! I would consider driving the 3 1/2 hours down to buy a car from them!! They were that good!!!

I met with Scott Phelps yesterday about a possible car trade. Learned that I still owe too much to trade at this time, but he was very helpful. He didn't high-pressure me or rush me out when he learned that my financial position wasn't right for a deal. I will definitely be returning when I am ready to trade and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Watermark Nissan and Scott!

The service staff is not only deceitful but will also curse at you, stick their finger in your face repeatedly, and keep you from leaving by holding onto your car and climbing in the window to curse at you more. Also, a leak isn't a leak unless they say it is a leak. According to them, it is normal for your car to have 1/2 gallon of coolant evaporate over 5,000 miles. With that, the sales and finance staff were nothing but professional. Damon was easy to work with.
We had never even considered a Nissan before. Drove through the lot one Sunday afternoon and I fell in love with the Rogue. The customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to your wants and wishes. I have had to contact them at strange hours with a question and they were more than helpful. I would highly recommend you consider buying from Nissan of Marion.
Word of mouth is a powerful tool and to yell at customers is no way to get future busines
