Unfortunately, I'm sad to change my rating from excellent to poor. I bought a car in November and in March was told that it had two oil leaks. Watermark Nissan's service department were sexist and talked down to me, their manager has not offered to fix the car. I believe that I was sold a "lemon" under the assurance that it had been properly inspected and would be in good working order. This was the first time in many years that I've been to a dealership to buy a car.... 2002 to be exact... so as you can imagine, I was a bit anxious about this event. Every single process I went through was clear, I had fun, and I got exactly what I wanted and could afford. The manager, the finance office, the sales people... all were genuine, smart and extremely nice. What a great place! Thank you Watermark Nissan of Marion!
