When you are 8 hours from home and your brand new Nissan Frontier engine light comes on, it’s nice to know you can count on Nissan dealers to help. While that may not be the case with every Nissan dealer, that was the case with Watermark Nissan service department in Marion Illinois. We are in town for my grandfathers funeral and it was easy just dropping in. You all were so nice to work us in your schedule! Thank you
Sons fiance took her 2012 Nissan Sentra to have oil change and transmission service done and a week to week and a half later her lower engine cover fell off going down the highway causing it to split down the middle .Called the dealerships service dept. and was told immediately it was not their fault and would not even offer and kind of help with the issue. I would of thought they would have treated their long time customers better than that. sounds like we will have to find a new Nissan dealer.
