I purchased 3 vehicles when it was Marion Ford and just got a new one today at Watermark Ford. No matter what the name you get the same great service. My salesman TJ was wonderful and accommodating to both my daughter and I. Everyone there is upfront and always makes you feel welcome. They will continue to have my business for years to come.
Supplied the tires for a mount and balance and one of them was dry rotted and instead of them telling me it was they added it and tried to force me to sign a waiver so if it blew out and I got hurt I couldn't sue them, the next day I had to go to Walmart and get a new one and risk driving on a tire that could have a blow out over just driving on the old bald tire because they was to stupid to tell me what condition the tire I provide was in I will never go to this place ever again sticking with Walmart or Aaron's auto center... read more

Tommy ( Service Manager) is Da Man, I came into Quick Lane for an Oil change, My tech Nate had noted that my front wheel bearings were going bad. I was sincerely amazed at the pricing of this repair. It was initially said that the repair couldn't be done by this weekend , as I have to go to Springfield Il for training for work. I go see my guy Tommy, yet again he comes through and facilitates scheduling for my repair this Friday.
