We went on a last minute trip to Marion to see a vehicle right before close early on like the first Friday in June last month. We worked with Pamela Braswell and she was so sweet and answered all of my questions. I was there today to have a new windshield installed on my vehicle. Nichole Still handled my whole situation from calling for an estimate . to getting right in and out with no hassle at all. and the price was very competitive! Thanks !
Went to quick lane after being told I could do a walk in for 100,000 mile service. Needed to get it done to maintain warranty. I was told they weren't going to have enough time even after I called ahead I spent an hour drive for nothing to just get turned away. Very poor service. Paducah Ford is much better with lower prices

They were going to charge my son $2400 for transmission work. He took it to another repair shop and was told that the transmission was ok and there was a recall that Marion Ford should have informed him of. No more dealings for us with Marion Ford.
