They charged us $365 out of our deposit when the place was spotless. Also their Dropbox was stolen once with all the rental checks and they said it wasn’t their fault and asked us to pay Again so we lost our money on that. They don’t have cameras by their office which should be the number one place to have them!! That’s why their flat screens got stolen from their gym but that gym is awful nothing even works in there. Save your money and time and move somewhere else!!
The customer service is suboptimal. You have an issue , the first thing you will hear is: " well there is nothing we can do about that" . Even if it was true you need to train your agents to never speak such defeat. I had a huge flood in front of my apartment spraying into my balcony and could not walk I to my apartment . The response I needed I will see what I can do even though I'm off the clock. No parking!!! Terrible and is a nightmare looking for parking at night!
