I love that they cook my fresh caught fish. I fish in the West Bay. Clean my fish and Watermans cooks it for me. My fishing guest love it. Watermans will fry, grill or blacken the fish I catch. And the best part....I dont have to wash the dishes or clean up the kitchen! Thank you Watermans for all you do.
One of the BEST RESTAURANTS I have eaten at in my lifetime ! COCONUT SHRIMP -- the best for me ! The Chef's touch on the sauce -- MANGO - Roasted Habenero -- just not enough words. We are two evenings in a row and tried many things on the menue ! I believe you can come by boat or car !! This one should be on your list to try --- come in time to watch the sunset !!
Our favorite restaurant on the entire planet! Comparison context includes Germany, France and Denmark. Top-flight service, amazing food, and three areas of ambiance. Debbie and I noted that they didn't have Mashed Potatoes on the menu, and that was our daughter Mollyanne's favorite food at the time. The waiter checked with the chef, and responded, "Bring her back tomorrow, and she'll have mashed potatoes." We did, and THEY did! This is our favorite restaurant on the planet!

My wife and I got there around 5 yesterday, was seated at table next to windows, great view. Ordered the shrimp kisses, were as good as the rave reviews stated. My wife got the red snapper while I ordered the surf and turf - 6 oz. filet and blackened/grilled shrimp. Both of our meals were excellent. Will definitely go back. Location is great for west end of the island.
