I’ve traded at Waterman Hardware for over 25 years. Gotta say today was my worst experience. I took a grass trimmer in for repair. The guy in the shop was so rude and arrogant I had no desire to leave my trimmer for repair. Because of this visit I may never enter the doors of Waterman Hardware again. Sad because I love supporting the little local guy. The guy in the shop was not a Waterman and he’s ruining the family business.
Whether I needed a repair or just parts they are always helpful and honest!!!!! Been coming here for years for all my Lawn mowing needs.
Needed a chainsaw blade didn't have one so they sharpened my old one instead. Their credit machine was not working. The man really told me I'd have to leave my saw till I payed the 8. So leave my 300 saw. Yea right, definitely won't be
