Poor communication and lack of accessibility. While I take responsibility for missed appointments, the removal of email communication and lack of reminders makes managing care difficult as a sole parent who relies on reminders for accessibility. Additionally, when an appointment is missed, the office does not call to check in or confirm, which further limits opportunities to attend or reschedule.
