I had a wonderful experience here. The doctors and clinic staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with their examinations. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent care. I’m very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be coming back.
For approximately the past nine months, I have been experiencing intermittent blurred vision, particularly in my left eye. In addition, I sometimes have difficulty with my left eyelid, which occasionally seems to stick or catch when I try to open or close it. We visited the clinic for my daughter. Dr Helena and Dr Lisa being so supportive towards the entire eye exam. My kid is 10 years and they examined her so patiently. The whole exam took almost 1 hour but they were so calm and caring throughout the exam. Special mention for Dr Helena, she is super gentle , nice and soft spoken made the eye exam extremely smooth. Thanks Waterloo school of optometry. You are blessed with a great staff.
