RecommendedDr. Reed and his staff are wonderful. As soon as you walk in the door, Nancy greets you with a handshake and a smile, and each person treated me similarly at my visit. The office is in a renovated house, which gives this dental office a cozy, comfortable feel. During my treatment, Nikki offered me a blanket and a pair of sunglasses and I was relaxed and felt cared for. Thank you, Waterloo team!
Having been in the dental chair since I was 5 I have finally found the best! Dr. Reed has an extremely well trained and kind staff. When I get in the chair all fears and worry go away because Dr. Reed calmly says that he can take care of it. He has and does!
I had been going to Dr. Knight for approximately 17 years. She said that Dr. Reed was a great replacement for herself, and she was right!! He takes the time to explain all the answers that you need and is gentle and personable. The staff are always very gracious and great to deal with!! I definitely recommend going here :)
i had been a patient of Dr. Karen Knight for a decade after first moving to Austin. The sale and transfer of the practice to Dr. Graham Reed and staff was seamless. I actually look forward to my dental check-ups and always feel welcome. I have full confidence in Dr. Reed, and I just love Gail the hygienist and Nancy the receptionist
Dr. Reed is a great dentist. I've had the opportunity to work with him and see him work with patients. I have to say, you'll be hard-pressed to find a dentist that is easier to get along with. And of course, he knows his stuff when it comes to dental work!
I have been a patient for 20 years. Karen has passed the baton to a person who is very worthy. Dr. Reed is a pleasure to work with and the best crew in the world is keeping it a warm and genuine place to visit. Nancy, Diana and Gail are the best and have known them along time. Dr. Knight and now Dr. Reed are very lucky to have them!
The bad news was that I needed a crown, and the situation was complicated. The good news is that Dr. Reed is my new dentist, and he was more than up to the task. I am a bit nervous in the dentist's chair, but Dr. Reed's manner and compassionate nature put me at ease. Thank you!
Amazing experience. Honestly one of the most professional and fun dental experiences I’ve had! Love these guys! They feel like family and they explain everything to you!
Excellent staff, couldn't be more friendly and pleasant. Dr. Reed seems excellent. He and Gayle made 3 year old granddaughter feel so relaxed, and me too.
