I’ve lived in this building for a year now and just resigned my lease for another year with one of the biggest factors being the recent change in management! The new building manager, Jackie, has really turned this place around and has made living here a night and day experience!! She is so kind and helpful and I know that she’s always taking into consideration the best interests of the people that live here (owners and tenants). Overall, been really enjoying living in the building thus far, it’s a great community!
I have lived here for a year and had a very pleasant experience so far! I’m writing this to counter the not-so great reviews from earlier. Thanks to our new manager Jackie, things have changed. She keeps everything in great order and is always available to help us residents with our questions, in addition to being a very fair and experienced professional. I lived at Waterfront Towers for three years, and the change in general management made a noticeable difference. Jackie brought order to the chaos and infused a sense of fun into everyday functionality. Her leadership truly elevated the living experience.
My fiancee and I have been living here for roughly a year and will be renewing our lease. We are so happy we have a new building manager Jackie, who gets things done around here! The building is walking distance to the green metro, the Wharf, and a supermarket.
