We love our realtor Ashley Brooke Properties, Brooke Powell! Our house was only on the market for 3 days, and went under contract with multiple offers! We had a great experience buying our first home with Brooke! We are a military family buying from out of town, and Brooke walked us patiently through every step of the process, FaceTimed from available homes, and promptly answered all of our questions. She also recommended a great local lender who was knowledgeable in the VA loan process and also took the time to walk us through everything, and he recommended a great local insurance company.
