This new company is not holding up to expectations. The rent increase more than the old company did and only new lease agreement is for 8 months so not only is the rent increased more than what I expected but no 12 months lease and even more money for month to month. I have been dealing with maintenance issues that are not being resolved in a timely manner I have had work orders closed as if the work was done and nobody even came out until I had to go into the office after nobody answered the phone on numerous occasions.
