Might be the worst apartment building I ever lived in, do yourself a favor and don’t even bother touring.

Don’t move here. The apartment complex is poorly managed and maintained. Work orders don’t get resolved in a timely fashion, in addition I had a mouse infestation which management failed to resolve or take action for until I moved out. There were over ten mice in my apartment, droppings everywhere, and regardless of the tickets I submitted for over two months the company took no action until move out.
PMC now manages this property and has failed in every aspect. Since prior to the pandemic, the building has not been cleaned on a regular basis. This puts residents at great risk of infection. The hallways and elevator is filthy. Now with continued construction, they are even worse. Work repairs are never answered or followed up on.
