This place is really nice clean outside grounds, pool and exersize room are a plus. Nice stream running in front of complex buildings.
When it comes to maintenance requests/repairs this place is an absolute joke. Ac went out not to long ago maintenance men showed up saying it was a loose wire and tools they brought to fix and or repair was a screwdriver and a hammer. Less than 24 hours later the Ac went out again. Now not only the blower motor will not even come. Luckily summers pretty much over, but with that being said it reached to temperature of 85 degrees in apartment.
