Have lived here for 8 months and place is okay but parking is a nightmare. I have received 2 warning violations because they don't have enough parking and their solution is to park at another building and walk over - taking multiple trips at night for my groceries when it is dark and icy. Yet people who don't even live there are there constantly taking up spots and management refuses to do anything about it. Management and maintenance have been wonderful since I moved in a few months ago. They always respond in a timely manner.
My clients have lived here for over six years and never had a late payment. I made the payment on their website on the third. The payment did not go through. I called the office and spoke to them about the issue. I also started emailing the office because I was having continuous issues making the payment online. I sent them email verifications showing the issues that were going on. They charged me $150 late fee then when I went into the office to discuss it, the front manager told me that she does have the power to waive lat... read more
Olivia Russell, the assistant community manager, is very helpful and responsive!
This is a great place to call home. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. very accommodating if you have a dog. Convenient places to shop.
