When it comes to maintenance requests/repairs this place is an absolute joke. Ac went out not to long ago maintenance men showed up saying it was a loose wire and tools they brought to fix and or repair was a screwdriver and a hammer. Less than 24 hours later the Ac went out again. Now not only the blower motor will not even come. Luckily summers pretty much over, but with that being said it reached to temperature of 85 degrees in apartment. The toilets don't actually flush
We've lived here for over a year and just renewed our lease for another year. Everyone here is very nice, professional, and the community is extremely clean and well maintained. Maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues we encounter. It's also very pet friendly! ☺️ we will be here until we buy a house, most likely.
Have lived here for 8 months and place is okay but parking is a nightmare. I have received 2 warning violations because they don't have enough parking and their solution is to park at another building and walk over - taking multiple trips at night for my groceries when it is dark and icy. Yet people who don't even live there are there constantly taking up spots and management refuses to do anything about it. We are leaving in 2 months thankfully for a job transfer but would not recommend this place in the least due to how th... read more
