RecommendedI enjoy living here. The location is nice, easy access to the freeway, plenty of shopping nearby, and just far enough for some quiet. Staff is nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. Walk-in closets are amazing and walking distance to Handel's Ice Cream!

I’ve been living here since 10/2018 I love it, the upkeep is awesome, it’s very quiet, 7 minutes from my job, Good neighborhood! These apartments are worth it!👍🏽
I have lived here for the last six months and have been happy with my experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the annual inspections (maintenance and pest control), let’s me know they really care about the apartments and grounds. I have one bedroom apartment and it’s the perfect size. The outside porch/balconies are a good size and well maintained. The area is very quiet and safe, and the security system is a added bonus. RecommendedI love my apt. I walk out my door and see the lake and the geese. Maintance is very responsive. I want the dumpsters put back, it is hard to drive my trash all the way up front by the rental office. Put in some basketball hoops, playground. Nobody uses the tennis courts. Also, do something about the apts that leave large dogs barking all day and night. Can you shovel the breezeways, when the snow drifts high by the apt doors? salt the sidewalks and breezeways? Other than that I really like it.
