RecommendedMy mother and I lived here for a year and decided to stay here again, since it is very beautiful here (a lake with geese and ducks), we especially like it because it is located right behind the house. Everywhere flowers, clean. snug around. A sense of security and no noise from cars. Very calm and feeling at home! I recommend it to everyone (if you are lucky to find a free apartment)))
Waterford Pointe Management picks and chooses the policies they enforce. Some residents are held accountable where others aren’t. In addition, Management told me directly that if I am unhappy with their decision I have no recourse to speak with anyone else. I was told the only individual above Management was the owner and I could not contact them. I would never recommend an apartment complex that tells a tenant they have no rights.
We have been here for about 2 years and the staff has been pretty great. Timely responses and smiling faces at all times. Easy access to shopping, interstate and an abundance of restaurants.
I enjoy living here. The location is nice, easy access to the freeway, plenty of shopping nearby, and just far enough for some quiet. Staff is nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. Walk-in closets are amazing and walking distance to Handel's Ice Cream!
Lived here for over a year now, office staff is responsive, and inexpensive for an apartment of its size.
