I have lived at Waterford Harbour Apartments since 2020 and at first loved it. In the last year I had 2 pipes burst flooding the kitchen and bathroom. The pipes were repaired quickly but the holes in my kitchen and bathroom wasn't. It's been over a year and the bathroom wall hole is still there. The kitchen floor tile is tore up and wall was never completely repaired. Manager told me they dont know when they will ever get to it. Since we’ve lived here, we’ve had more problems than anywhere else we’ve ever lived. The first year we lived here, our water tank exploded overnight and flooded the apartment and took several hours to get a response from the emergency maintenance line. Our garbage disposal is broken and they said they fixed it and completed the request, but it still isn’t working. Not the first time they’ve completed a request without actually doing it. We’ve had a leak in the bathroom near the water tank, under the sink, and spreading to th... read more
