July 9, 2025 I have been a resident almost two years. When I moved in there was trash in the garage and it took two weeks before it was cleared out. The dishwasher was not connected; the washer would not fill up with water and lint from the dryer would be everywhere. The outlets would not work unless I flipped the breaker switches (all this the first month). Editing post again july 2025. Cant reply to property replying to this review but unfortunately that is untrue. I dont know who is doing the upkeep but it hasnt been maintenance. Ive seen 3 new maintenance guys in the last 6 months. I havent had ac in over a month after it caught fire. Just saying thats untrue. And there is noone to contact at the management department and nobody ever returns calls or voicemails i would know.
