I wouldn’t recommend these apartments as far as how the process went when our lease was up. They continually charged us fines for mistakes they made. My roommates and I ended up paying an extra month of rent after our lease was up because the employee that told us differently didn’t work there anymore.
WONDERFUL LADIES IN THE OFFICE, Maintenance is great also.
We had many problems during our year lease. We had rats from the day we moved in and they kept coming back because of how poorly the apartment was put together. Maintenance was fast but never completely got the job done. We were forced to buy supplies ourselves and patch the holes on the interior and exterior of our apartment so that rats would quit getting in because nothing would be done about it.
