I have lived here for almost a year and it has been incredible! Located in a safe area and so close to all the things needed in my everyday life. The staff is so sweet and maintenance does a great job on getting anything fixed or looked at in a timely matter. Plus the social media trivia is so cool- won a Starbucks gift card right before school started which was a major plus. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! So thankful Wichita Falls is my home and that I live in such a safe and great place!!
I have had nothing but incredible service! Maintenance is top notch - I put in a service request and they took care of it within a day! The office people are friendly and helped me so much with my move! I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks, but I love it!
I would like to appreciate the excellent service and professional experience I have had with Waterford Glen. The maintenance crew all the way up to management have been super exceeding with helping me and my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great Atmosphere! Amazing Management & Any Problems I’ve Ever Had Were Delt With Right Then And There , Lived There A Couple Years Back But Decided It Was Time To Get Something Bigger Other Than That Would Most Definitely Come Back. Felt Very Welcomed & At Home. Definitely Recommend This Apartment Complex 😁
They will take your money and put you in a apartment that you can not shower in! Where water is pooring out the ceiling and mold is all over the ceiling and the roof is going to fall in!! oh don't bother calling them cause it won't get fixed!! They will tell you there is no way you can get out of your lease!! Run as fast as you can these apartment are trash!!!!
