DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I own a business down/across the street and needed housing for an employee coming in from out of town. I rented with a corporate account. The apartments are a little run down and old looking, but we could not beat the location. My new employee could walk across the street to go to work. He did not even get fully moved in when he got transferred to another state. I was forced to end the 6 month lease early. Loved It! Great place to live! The manager and staff are a pleasure to deal with and you can't beat the price for the home you get. I highly recommend this place!
Worst Management Ever!!! DON'T RENT THIS PLACE. A complete rip-off when you out. They don't consider anything as wear and tear. We were never charged by any of our old apartments anything during the last 7 years of our renting history, but here we were charged a totally unreasonable amount. AND THE WORST MANAGEMENT TO DEAL WITH OR TALK TO. I really regret moving in to these apartments and living there for 2 years.
