looking to change dentist for 2 of us. full insured, just called. the receptionist had no interest to accommodate are scheduled, could care less. we will look elsewhere. wanted 230pm or after do to are work.

Everyone is so wonderful at Waterford Family Dentistry. They kept me informed about what needed/ needs done, how much each thing would cost (fluoride, oral cancer screening, etc.) They had to put a crown on and the first temporary came off. That happened on a Saturday. I called them Monday and they got me in that day to do another temporary. Monica Foley is great at putting your needs first. She is patient and kind as are her assistants.
Kristen, the hygienist, was so kind and made me feel comfortable despite my dental anxiety. Dr. Foley was great as well. I’d recommend Waterford to anyone!
I have the worst anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. As in, I once avoided the dentist for well over 7 years.... The staff here has really worked to ease this anxiety, made me feel as comfortable as possible, & made coming to the dentist a pleasant experience. I trust them completely. Kristen in particular has been an angel. Thank you Waterford staff!!
