This rating is for the customer service as I had planned to moved to this apartment complex but later decided against it for other reasons. Maryam is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. After seven years at my last location it was difficult for me to make a decision on where I wanted to live. Maryam showed me an apartment, not two times but on three separate occasions and never once acted as if I was bothersome to her. Waterford Crossings is a very nice apartment community, and my Mother and I have resided at the complex for three years now. We live at the back of the property, and have a beautiful view of the woods. The staff is very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. They recently alleviate parking issues by issuing parking decals to ensure that residents are able to park in the front of their building.
