I have been living in Waterford crossing since July of 2015 and I have enjoyed it for the most part. My experience here has been great. Maryam, has done a great job in providing me with excellent service. When I was looking for an apartment from another city she didn't have any problem answering any of my questions by phone or email. I love how the apartments have community activities, which my kids love! They always take the time to take care of my concerns. M. Harden
My family and I moved here December of 2015 and has been here for a year now. We absolutely love it! The staff are so kind and helpful. We have never had any problems with management or maintenance. Whenever we needed something fixed maintenance came very quickly. It is very nice and quiet over here and the neighbors are very friendly. I would recommend Waterford Crossing Apartments to all of my friends and family.
I really like my apartment. It's spacious for a one bedroom apartment. I like the crown molding. The staff is helpful and the maintenance staff has always been so quick to fix any issue in my apartment. I have enjoyed my stay here!
I enjoy living here! Maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner and the office staff is friendly. Ashley, Victoria, and Adam are great! Lack of parking is my only complaint.
I like the apartment and the community. The only issue is getting in contact with the front office. It tends to be difficult to get a hold of anyone.
