NOT WORTH IT – My husband and I have lived here for a year, and not even a month after we moved in we started having mold issues... It took them forever to get to taking care of it. It wouldnt have been so bad if I wasnt getting severly sick from it, and we have a young son who was also being affected by it. The parking situation is horrible, in order to park outside of your own apartment complex you have to park across a street.. now tell me does that make sense to anyone? Also management sucks... High Rent Doesn't Always Mean Quality – I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. It is highly over rated. The rent is spendy, for the lack of services received. Heck it cost over $6 to replace a light bulb. The worst part is the bathrooms have no heat ducts, we used small space heater in the cold months to warm the room for a shower. It took them forever to make any repairs, they were made after several calls or stop ins at the office. Then they were done sloppily and had to be redone.
