Waterford is amazing!!!! I love the ladies in the office. I've never been at such a friendly place
Living here is the luck of the draw, our apartment was wonderful, we personally liked the office staff, but our neighbors were terrible (You can literally hear everything it gets very uncomfortable), and the new management is just as bad. We still haven't been able to find out what the new price to rent would be if we renew our lease (and I've been asking for the last 4 months) which I don't think we will. I think we're just going to move onto base instead.
This place is amazing! The staff and other residents are so friendly I feel like I've been here for years instead of 6 months! The maintenance guys are wonderful and go out of there way to help you! I love this place. It is just like home!

We moved here in 2011..Office staff and maintenance were great! Fast forward to 2015, maintenance is still great, but the new office staff is terrible. There is no communication at all. Erin has also been very condescending every time I have talked to her. SO glad we are moving in a few months!
Great place to live. Management very friendly and helpful. Really lucked out by finding this place. Would definatly recommend to people moving to the area
Great place to live. Very nice apartments. Maintance is awesome. The only thing I had an issue was with the manager Tiffany, she is a doble face person. We had an issue and she straight lied to our face about being handle when it wasn't. You have to be careful with her.
Just like all Caviness and Cates properties, it's not just an apartment complex...it's a home and a community. Great place to live..great place to work :)
Love Love Love Waterford! Had a great experience both times we lived here! Maintenance was ALWAYS quick to respond, even on Christmas Eve when our kitchen flooded! Office staff (especially Jon) are always super helpful! & most importantly, I felt safe! Which was very important to me!
